Mokuyokai's Donwakai (Pub Night)

Do you have a strong interest in Japan? Want to meet others who have a connection to Japan, either professionally or personally?

The Vancouver Mokuyokai society invites you to the Donwakai, our monthly pub night that brings together those who have a shared interest in Japan-Canada relations. At the Donwakai, you will meet approximately 40-50 people who have a strong connection to Japan: business people, teachers, lawyers, diplomats, students and others from Canada, Japan and elsewhere.

Most of our participants have lived or travelled in Japan at some point in their lives. So if you want to network, share experiences about Japan, learn more about Mokuyokai or just meet like minded people, then don’t miss this event! The atmosphere is casual and rsvps are not required.

Mokuyokai provides some appetizers but participants are expected to purchase food or drink(s) from the menu. On Thursdays, Ceilis has $5 Keiths Beer and $5 Fish n’ Chips special.

Looking forward to seeing you at the Donwakai!
