Proctors are needed to help administer this year’s Japanese Language Proficiency Test. The JLPT is given to thousands of individuals every year in over fifty countries around the world. The Test remains the best regarded means of certifying proficiency in Japanese, according to leading businesses and universities across Japan.
Capilano University will host the Test for the second year at our North Vancouver Campus. Test Day is Sunday, December 6th. Over 450 test-takers are expected.
Test Proctor applicants sought for paid positions
The successful applicant must:
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
be available for an afternoon orientation on Sunday, November 29th
be available all day on Test Day, Sunday, December 6th
keep exam content and the personal information of examinees confidential
Exposure to Japanese culture and test invigilation experience are assets.
