Hello,

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to complete my application for the Pension refund and have managed to figure out my national pension reg. number (in my book), but I cannot figure out which number I should use for the employee registration number. There is a mystery number on my tax receipt, or its possible it has to do with my JET number. If anyone can clarify this for me I would be v. grateful!

Hey,

I am completing my pension refund as well and I can't find my national pension reg. number. I foudn the "basic pension number" but not the "National pension registration number". Can you help me out? Sorry that I can't answer your question.

Its entirely possible you and I are in the same predicament. The basic pension number is in the book, right? I may have the name of the other number wrong - there were three other spaces and the only one I know doesn't apply is the seaman one...

Yeah, that's right the basic pension number is the only one I found in the book. The other three I don't know about at all.

Hey folks,

I found think on the Jet Website: http://www.jetprogramme.org/e/former/pension/filing.html

Note: The Claim Form allows for four different types of pensions numbers, but ALL JET Programme participants need only to supply the "Basic Pension Number". The other three types of pension numbers can be left blank.

Then mail it to

Social Insurance Agency

JAPAN

Hope that helps!!
