It is time for our Annual General Meeting and Shinnenkai. This year’s event will be held at the YWCA Hotel on 733 Beatty St in Vancouver (with the option to attend via Zoom) [Update 2022.01.26: Event will now be held on Zoom only] on Friday, February 4, 2022, 6:00 – 9:00pm. We will begin with a meet-and-greet before proceeding into our AGM and Board of Directors election. (As health guidelines on public gatherings could change, the meeting location may be updated. We will keep you informed.)
