JET programme is turning 40!

To celebrate, MOFA and CLAIR are hosting a JET40 event in November.

As part of the larger JETAA International community, there is an origami project spearheaded by our country representative, Shuaib Syed. We are all collaborating on a paper crane artwork to present at the anniversary event on behalf of JET alumni from around the world.

Strings of cranes will be hung on a horizontal rod. When assembled, one would see 40 in a white background with JET spelled out in red within it.

How do you contribute?

  1. Fold cranes (15cm x 15cm origami paper)
  2. String 25 cranes (120 cm long – there will be extra string at the top for looping onto a horizontal rod)
  3. Send cranes at the post office before October 3rd to:

  4. Send an email to jetaa.canada[@]gmail.com and info[@]jetaainternational.org with the number of cranes folded and a photo. Or as a response to the JETAABC crane post on social media.
